Hi @tinndizz ,
You can do this change in UI Builder, go to component builder to do so.
in UI Builder -> Service Operations Workspace -> Record SNC -> Record page tabs ( 3 dots at the end ) ->
Click on 3 dots [ Edit Selected element ] -> Start Editing -> Select page ( Incident Overview )
Now you can edit this variant.
"https://<server>.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/components/a04c00820f901010a326b6ade7767ef9/394d88d57341301045216238edf6a721/b54d88d57341301045216238edf6a71c"
should be in the correct scope & duplicate the variant.

Hi @tinndizz
You can go to experience pages, not data resource sections. When you open the Page - Record SNC , find this under 'Form section' ( below ) & click on it. Then you will get 'Edit Record page tabs' tab ; when you click on that There is a 3 dots section at the end of the text :
service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716/a4f4c1ca7300301045216238edf6a7cc/1a2baf67534130108e4dddeeff7b125f
when you click on the above you will get next page :
service-now.com/now/builder/ui/components/a04c00820f901010a326b6ade7767ef9
now select this:

Hi @Dharma Liyanag, thank you for all your help but another question please 🙂
How will I be able to edit the details tab of Incident without touching the OOTB? It's like I am going to create a new variant so that I can edit it without worrying that I will mess up the OOTB format.

Hi tinndizz,
Yes, always create a new variant for your customization; read some docs on how to create variant which will precedent over OOB, setting up the order #.
