we have a requirement to hide the Risk details icon
there is no added value for the end users.
anyone knows how to do this ?
Go to the filed for which you want to hide preview record option right click and open Configure Dictionary and scroll down then click on advance view and in attributes and this parameter "ref_decoration_disabled=true".
I have tested this-
after adding ref_decoration_disabled=true-

I am not sure what is your use case to remove this, but it a good feature for user to know how the risk get calculated like via conditions ort via assessment.
Like in my instance:
this is helpful information., so don't remove.
Still if you want to remove this , can be done
Right click --> Risk -- Configure Dictionary
Remove this
or follow the way suggested @Prashant Ahire
