Hiding Form Annotation on the form section in the form

Hi,

I have a custom table and on which there is a form section Closure Information. On this section, there is a annotation 'Resolution Info' which is added as section separator. Added the screen shot.

I would like to hide this Annotation based on some conditions.

Could someone help me with syntax how can we hide/visible this annotation on the client script for Onload operation.

This can be done but requires DOM manipulation so may break with upgrades.
