Homepage Showing as dashboards after upgrade

Hi, 

We recently upgraded to San Diego version. After the upgrade our homepage is gone and it is showing as dashboards-

How to change the homepage to original page. Also from general settings Home option is missing

Found the issue,

San Diego has by default disabled homepages. 

System property - com.glideapp.home.deprecate_homepages is set to true which disables homepages by default and shows only dashboards. Need to set this property to false.

i don't see that property in the sys property list. Can you please help me
