Hi
Last week I updated the Handout for endusers to the Eureka release and did some screenshots. There everything was fine and the hompages (ess, itil, ...) were correct.
Now I recognized two days ago that the pages are displayed empty and I'm not able to add content (see attachments).
But when I view for example the ess page via Homepage Admin -> Pages -> Self Service than I see that there should be content on the page. So what's wrong?
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance
Christina

Hi Brooks
Yes I figured it out:
I implemented a UI Script here from the community to hide the activity stream icon for endusers.
This caused the problem. After deactivating it, the Homepage content was visible again.

Is it all homepages or just specific ones ?
Is it all users ?
seeing your other message too something odd is going on. Not made any ACL changes to anything ?
does it work if you go in with Security admin ?

Hi Julian
You're right it seems to be the same root cause than the graphical editor. After activating bugzilla and opening the homepage it shows the sam js error: g_user not defined.
For your other questions: yes it concerns all homepages and using the security admin changes nothing.
ACL were edited last week but only ones concerning: sys_user.* or sys_user_delegate.*

Maybe worth looking at changing those back to what they were originally, or make them the same as your DEV / TEST instance if they are still working OK

Hi Christina,
Can you navigate to system Properties -> homepage and look for "List of roles (comma-separated) that can add content to homepages."
