How can i create report for the incident survey ratings

in which table I need to create report  and what condition i  need to give for the below survey forms.

Hi @Arjun Kumar Le1 ,

take a look at the asmt_metric_instance table. This should give you the answers that you’re looking for.

off course the conditions on the table need to be defined according to your setup in your instance.
