How can i give user read and write access without giving ITIL role ?

sn_incident_read / write

sn_change_read / write

Hi @Ankit Kumar6 , 

Either no ACL on that table which restric to users or add some user's role with acl's.

 

ITIL role is not mandatory for read/write access , you can create any other custom role and add to ACL. If user has that role ACL will allow read/write on that table.
