How can I make watchlist editable after submitting the request?

We have a requirement that after submitting a request watchlist should be editable.

How can we achieve this?

By default the field is editable, you just have to click on the lock icon to unlock the watchlist and you can add new users.

But if the field is non editable, you need to check whats making it so, either an ACL or ui policy or client script. Then making updates to these should allow you access. You can debug the field by field watcher to find the list of scripts running on it. check field watcher
