All,

We have our custom theme that was applied to Servicenow Communities but the OOB announcement banner still appears when the users logs in. where is this banner code located . I have no idea on how this is injected in my theme. How can I not show this banner at all? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,

The announcements come through the Service Portal > Announcements feature.

When you create an announcement you set the portal that the announcement should run on.

I'm not sure where you thought that creating a "theme" would prohibit the announcement from showing when it's portal specific?

Set com.glide.par.coreui_single_migration.enabled to false.
