We have tried to change the default font size/font colour/font to helvetica via a dictionary entry on the article body field of our knowledge articles. I find this advice from previous posts on here. It all seemed to be fine but what it has done is to mess up the formatting for H1, H2, H3 tags and so on (the all now default to helvetica pt 12).
Is this to be expected and are there there ways to make the TinyMCE editor default to Helvetica (and not the default Vedana).
