How do I change the results in Now Assist VA so that they are not displayed in a Carousel?

I'm currently working with Now Assist in Virtual Agent in Xanadu and I want to adjust the way results are displayed.

By default, Now Assist results are presented in a carousel format, which requires users to scroll horizontally through options. However, I’d prefer to display these results differently—either in a list or as something else—so that users can view all options at once without needing to swipe across.

I've explored the Virtual Agent Designer and checked for any settings in Now Assist’s admin configurations that might allow this, but so far I haven’t found an option to change the global display format from a carousel to a non-carousel view. Ideally, I’d like a solution that applies to all Now Assist results displayed in Virtual Agent rather than modifying each topic individually.

Is there a recommended way to adjust the default display for Now Assist results in Virtual Agent? Would this require custom widgets, template adjustments, or another configuration? Any guidance or examples from others who’ve done this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
