Every time I try to create a branch in Studio this message appears: "Repository authentication failed, check credentials. Make sure the user has both read and write access". How can I fix this?

Hi,
Please check if the credentials you had provided were your sign in and password for repositry (e.g github) not service now. Once you reset respository password , it should work.
Regards,
Sachin

I have tried that and it says that I successfully edited the repository configuration, but then I have the same problem when I try to create a branch. Any other ideas?
Thank you.

There is no way to add, remove, or edit the "credential" anymore. In the past, you would in fact put in the username and password in that Repository Configuration window. At some point Servicenow decided to remove the fields from the dialogue and hide the information somewhere with no (obvious) way to work with them.
Dear Servicenow, where is the Add, Edit, Manage, etc buttons for Credentials?? This design mantra of hiding configuration and information is not great. It makes the platform incredibly time consuming and frustrating to use for the most simple tasks.
