Every time I try to create a branch in Studio this message appears: "Repository authentication failed, check credentials. Make sure the user has both read and write access". How can I fix this?

Hi,
Please check if the credentials you had provided were your sign in and password for repositry (e.g github) not service now. Once you reset respository password , it should work.
Regards,
Sachin

Unfortunately there is an additional baffling change that their support is unable to explain. That is, you can not use the main branch of a git repo anymore, you MUST use a branch of the project. SN simply will not connect properly to the main repo for unknown reasons. As soon as you change to a branch instead, it works. This change seems to have been made in Rome, but there is no record of it, no mention in documentation, and support seems unaware of the requirement. It took me a month to figure this out going back and forth with them, purging and re-adding the configuration, re-making keys, etc etc etc. As soon as I changed to a branch, worked the first time. Mind blowing.
Of course now we are up against the wall of total redesign in San Diego anyway which requires undocumented changes to applications, but test instances were unavailable to work on this prior to full release, so all the pestering of re-certifying your plugin before release was frustratingly impossible.
I really hope some day they live up to their marketing.
