How do I know if I'm using Knowledge management in an Incident form?

I am trying to solve a story based on the details that are provided to me:

Short Description: INC - Configure Form: Knowledge Checkbox (core UI)

Description: As the Incident Process Owner, I only want the Knowledge checkbox to appear on the Incident form if we are using Knowledge Management so that only valid fields appear on the form.

Acceptance Criteria: I know that this is complete when, if we are not using Knowledge Management, I am unable to see the Knowledge checkbox on the Incident form.

How do I know if I'm using Knowledge management in an Incident form so that I can hide the knowledge checkbox in the incident form?

Hi @robbcmd1234

Is the functionality about creating knowledge from incident?

Check if this Plugin is activated (com.snc.incident.knowledge)

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K, I'm not sure if its about creating knowledge from incident. I'm new to ServiceNow. I'll check the link you sent me.

Hi @robbcmd1234

or it could be check box for creating known error article. Please verify the requirement from business once.

for that, you have to install different plugins.
