How do I reset my Number Counter to 0? Is there a way to do this in Service Now?
Scenario: We would be cloning our UAT instance to Prod and we would like the numbers for incident/problem/catalog/knowledge in Prod to be reset to 1.
Any inputs please. Thanks!
