How do we create a Status Report for a project?

Hi All,

How do we create a Status Report for a project?
Is it possible to configure the fields on the "Status Report"?

• Planned Start (Hide by default)
• Planned End (Show by default)
• Actual Start (Show by default)
• Actual End (Hide by default)
• approved start (hide by default)
• approved end (hide by default)

Go to Report

Select the project table

Type = List

and in 

I took example of Incident but the same way you can get it in project table as well

We have an OOB status report page that exists as per the screenshot below, I am not sure where it exists, client want to do some minor tweaks on this page, not on the new report creation configurations

I doubt you can make change here, as it is part of / kind of dashboard and has HTML code.

I dont have an instance with SPM activated, and because of that I just sharing this doc file, it explains how to create a status report:
