Hi,
can anyone please let me know how Inactivity Monitor works. I created one Inactivity monitor with Condition as Priority 4 and kept the wait the time as 10 mins.
But i dont see any notifications triggered

Hi Shaik
Basically it's like a scheduled job with a filter. System checks the record based on your conditions then updates it.
Look into the history and you will see updates that don't do anything by the system user.
It just acts as an update trigger.
This can be really annoying if you have a bunch of teams using widgets that are looking at tickets not updated in last 5 days as the Inactivity monitor registers as an update.
Given the overhead of these things we have deleted all of ours.
If you are going to use them they really are only an update trigger based on your conditions. You need notifications based on those updates if you want stuff sending out.

Can you tell me where to see that this got triggered. Do i need to create any notificaitons ???
I can see the event is created with name: incident.inactivity but not sure where it is called

You can create a notification, or find an existing one and make it active that uses the event trigger incident.inactivity.
Every time the event is created it will attempt to fire the notification.
