How the field "Conflicts status" gets changed in Change request

I have to check why the conflict status field is working different for emeregency change.

For ex. when i create any expedite or normal change the conflict status value is "not run" but when the change state move to "assess" state then conflict status auto changes the value to "conflict" but for emerency change we see conficts status is always showing value "not run" howvever it should work simliar to other change. 

Please suggest the script which creates the difference for emergency change and why.

Hello @VIKAS MISHRA ,

 

Conflict detection makes no difference between emergency and non-emergency changes.

 

Have you verified that your emergency Change Request has the Configuration Item, Planned start date, and Planned end date fields populated? Those are required for the conflict checker to run.
