How to add a column to incident list in Portal

Hi,

How can I add another column to the list. I tried to go to the widget but there is no list of fields.

Hi @Alon Grod ,

Login to ServiceNow as Admin and go to list view for Requested Item Table.  Select view as default or Portal. See image marked 1 below. Right click on Menu header and click on configure -> List Layout. Image (Mark 2) and select required fields.

Its not working, and we are talking about Incident not Requested items

Hi @Alon Grod ,

The Sceenshot which i have attached was just an example, you just need to replicate with Incident table and that's all.
