how to add a field to 'outage' form in Service Operation Workspace

How can I edit the form layout of Outage form in Service Operation Workspace? Usually I go to the backend list and switch to the Service Operation Workspace view and add/remove fields, but I dont see an option of Service Operation Workspace view in the backend and when I add the field to the 'Default' view it does not affect the Service Operation Workspace form.

Have you tried opening the form in the backend and going through the form views that are applicable to this table? For the Outage [cmdb_ci_outage] table, I can see the Service Operations Workspace view listed among others. I have attached the screenshot with the answer.
