How to add a "terms and conditions" checkbox to a record producer

Hi.
I have a record producer that before form submitting. 
I'd like to add a "please accept the 'terms and conditions' check box to the form" where the phrase "terms and conditions" links off to another page.

you can use Rich Text label variable and include checkbox and your text there.

To achieve this, You use the RIch Text Variable before the check box variable.
