How to add additional Fields in service portal list view

Hi,

I want add additional field in service portal list view (Ex : Created date and Closed date)

I did Right mouse click on the page and i can able to see below option but i dont know which one i have to choose

I have tried both option which you mentioned but there is not different in service portal. its still displaying same

I just tried on an OOTB instance by modifying the 'Mobile' view in the backend, and this is actually working.

Did you test with this one?

yeah modifying the 'Mobile' view ended up fixing this in the Service Portal.
