These are form sections or related lists. You can go to native UI and configure Form layout/design by selecting "workspace" view.

those headers are the related lists shown in workspace view.

Did you check which view is that and configure the related list and the changes will reflect in workspace?

Alerts in CSM/FSM Workspace

Needed:

Add the ‘Overview’ header in the CSM/FSM Workspace for Alerts

Here we can see it in the SOW:

Here we can Not see it in the CSM Workspace:

Here we can Not see the option to add the ‘Overview’ from the Alert Related List in the Native UI:
