How to add default email To, cc, Bcc Recipients in the Compose Email?

When I clicked on the 3 dots, I got the Compose Email. How to add default email To, cc, Bcc Recipients in the Compose Email?  Thank you

I have created incident email template. How do I replace the exiting email template such as this:

I think I got it GB. It automatic replace the existing email template with the new one.

On the Email Client Template. This is missing "Reply to".  Do you know where I can get it to show up in the  compose mail?  Thanks

you can add "Reply to" the Email Client Template form.

I added the Reply To in the Form Design.

However, , the Reply To did not show up in the Compose Email
