Unable to See Right click Context Menu, Unclickable Magnifier glass, List lock/unlock is not working

Few of the table forms are behaving weirdly on my PDI. Whenever I am clicking on  Magnifier icon, nothing happens, no popup appears. Even List lock/unlock is not working.

Surprisingly Right Click context menus is not available for few forms. 

What may be the possible reason for such weird behavior? What needs to be checked here?

Do you have pop-up blocker on your browser?

Nope. Even List lock / unlock is not working.

Can you right click on the browser and do an inspect element?

You should see if the page didn't load properly due to some error on UI.
