On one of our environment I have no idea how, but someone was able to do this:
I am trying to recreate that again but in another environment, but when I type in Glyph Icon (Bootstrap) I get the following:
What is weird is that even in the environment that the Glyph Icon works, when I click on the magnifier class I can't find Glyph Icon (Bootstrap). So I have no idea how someone before me was able to forced it to work like that.
Please help me, thanks.

I was able to solve my problem by finding the "fixed" from the previous user in the default update set. From there all I did was copied that over to my update set and apply that to the other environment.
Yes Isaac, The glyph is mostly for the widget that will be on the Service Portal. However, I want to implement it in a way where the admin of the table can pick which glyph to appear on the Service Portal.

What is the table that the glyph icon option is available on, and what table are you attempting to add the glyph icon? Could be a portal table which would utilize that functionality vs. a non-portal table which likely would not have that functionality.

The table (one that works with glyph and one that I am trying to make the glyph to work on) is u_catalog_policies. The glyph is mainly to be displayed on the service portal.

So, where would you like the glyph to show? Because users wouldn't interact with the tables on the portal directly. Most of the glyphs I can think of are shown in widgets (simple list widget, for example). I think knowing where you want the user to see the glyph would help.
