Hi @Reddymahesh ,

It is the combination of the duration defined in the stages.

To check, select flow stages

Select Requested Item, and Click Add Stages button

Now, see the duration of the stages, for example fulfillment 2 days

Now, hover at the middle of the Actions in the flow and add the stages.

The total amount of the duration of the stages is calculated as the Delivery time.

Also, check Hide Delivery time is Unchecked in the catalog item.
