Hi Team,
Actually, in my change request Change Approver is a List collector. When I'm going to create template for change request, when selecting the "Change Approver" field it is showing only reference qualifier. But, how can I select multiple user here? Please let me know the possible solution here.
Thanks & Regards,
Prasanna Kumar

Here are the steps I did to produce this result.
Open an incident with a blank watch list.
Use the context menu and choose "Templates> Save as Template"
In the template form, select a the watch list field as a new field at the end.
Start typing a name of a user on the system (in my example, Fred Luddy. Type a comma.
Start typing another name (in my example, I typed David and let the auto complete find David Dan and David Loo.)
That's really all I did.

Hi Prasanna,
My recommendation would be to use an existing record as a template. Take the change record, add the values you want (including all the users in that list field) and then make a template from that. Remove the fields and values you do not want (like Number, Created by, etc.)

Thank you Chuck,
But, we can select change approver field only one time in template if u already select the field previously.

I'm not sure what you mean by that Prasanna. Here's an example of what I'm talking about using the incident watch list.
Please let me know if I have misunderstood your requirement. After doing my screenshots, I realize we may be talking about two different field types. Your template showed a reference field. Can you show me the same field on the form (like I did with incident)?
