How to add pop up in Financial services workspace

When I click on Create Case, then a popup appears allowing me to select the claim type that I want to create from a dropdown.
When I select "Report Personal Auto Claim" and hit Create, then it takes me to "Personal Auto Claim" playbook with "First Notice of Loss" displayed on the left rail.
 
I want to add a popup as shown in image. When I click on create case link under quick links then it should give a popup as shown in the image. I am working in Financial services Workspace.
