How to add Teams Link in pop up on on-call scheduling

Hi Team,

I want to add Teams link in the pop up of a on-call calendar schedule.

Please let me know where can i add/configure Teams to show beside email? in my instance Teams is already integrated with Servicenow integration is working as expected.

and i have already created a Contact Source also for Teams.
