Hi all,
I'm trying to use the e-signature plugin on requested items or catalog tasks. I need the users to be able to sign a declaration before receiving an item.
I've got the plugin installed, templates made, the spot on the form to apply them, just like the HR examples. I can see e-signature history. What I can't do is figure out how to trigger the request for the user to sign, or where that would be located.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it even possible?
Thanks

Yeah, I got it figured out. I was doing this for catalog tasks, but I think the same steps will apply to everything else.
You have to make sure that Assigned to, E-signature template, and E-signature document are populated. The change the state to Work in progress. If you view as the Assigned to, a Sign document button will be visible in the header. I've been having issues with E-signature document de-populating so make sure to check that doesn't happen to you.
It's very simple, but took me a long time to figure out with the limited documentation.

Hello,
you must assign the e-signature roles to the appropriate roles, groups, or users in your application . Then only they will see this.
The docs link for the same is given below
Check the heading add role of user, group ...etc.
Mark my ANSWER as CORRECT and HELPFUL if it helps

Hello Andrew,
How did you fix the issue of the E-signature document de-populating?
