Hello @Vishal_Jaiswal ,
Yes this is possible by creating an agent and adding it to agentic workflows for getting results into now assist panel :
1) First Create an AI Agent by navigating AI Agent Studio > Overview :
Add Script Tool into that agent :
Script :
(function(inputs) {
// only string inputs are allowed
// return outputs object where the keys in it are understandable by LLM
var str = "";
var gr = new GlideRecord('incident');
gr.addActiveQuery();
gr.addQuery('assigned_to', gs.getUserID());
gr.query();
while (gr.next()) {
str += gr.getValue('number') + ", ";
}
return {
incidents: str
};
})(inputs);
2) Then Create an Agentic Workflow :
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
