How to change email address to personal email in partner portal when leaving company.

Hi Lakshmi,

You cannot change email ID for partner portal. When you change company, just remove/de-link you certificates from your old company. 

In new company they will provide new Partner Portal access with their company email ID (Assuming that company is partner registered with ServiceNow). There you need to link your certifications. If you have any pending vouchers you can save the code and use it when you link your certificates in your new company.

NOTE: Make sure the update your email Id on Webassessor portal with personal email ID so it is easy to new certificates to new partner portal access in new company.

I'm not able to update my personal email id for Webassessor. Earlier i changed from personal to company email, but now its not allowing me. I'm getting the following error:

Please make sure you are linking your Webassessor email address and not your Webassessor login name (which is often an email address.)

Any idea what might be the reason?
