How to change first day of week to Saturday on *all* calendars?

glide.ui.date_picker.first_day_of_week

glide.ui.filter.first_day_of_week

glide.ui.date_format.first_day_of_week are the system properties I have already created. Haven't seen any properties other than these used for this kind of question.

This works for most calendars, but I am still seeing this incorrect calendar in the filter conditions inside reports. Can anything modify the first day of the week for these calendars?

Did some research and found out that this specific calendar is inside List v3. Since List v3 is locked down it seems like changing this calendar is impossible in the current build of ServiceNow.
