Hello ALL,
We have a custom Knowledge Base for Secops.
We have disabled OOB security Knowledge bases.SIR and Vulnerability response records by default they provide search results on tickets from OOB Security and Vulnerabilities knowledge bases when active.
I want them to show results from our custom Knowledge Base.
How can we achieve this ?

Hi @Servicenow lear,
Where are you intending to show these search results?
Is it from a Service Portal, Contextual search, or something else?

I want to show these results on the records in native UI. just like incident , Security Incident Response has SIR tickets which leverages OOB Security Incident Knowledge base, we have deactivated it and created a custom knowledge base and we want the search results pull from this new base on the records

Have a read at this documentation - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-administration/page/administer/contextual-s...
I am guessing the SIR table has its own 'Condition' property with a specific filter.
If you modify its value to include your Knowledge base, it should work.
Below is an example of an HR KB condition property that you can reference.

I am thinking the same but not able to find the property . Hence i was like is there a different way to do it. because we will onboard other application and they all will follow same concept of using custom knowledge base
