I am trying to avail the partnership benefits in the NOW platform like training, certification etc.,
I am working for a client who is using ServiceNow, and my client's ServiceNow Architect/Manager has recently changed.
The manager is not aware whether they hold the partner status or not, and is also not sure who the company admin is to approve it.
So, he has sent an email to the ServiceNow individual, but there is no timely response. Is there any way I can check directly from my end whether the partner status is there or not and who is the partner account admin?

Hi @anandsuresh - that's correct. If you get that result when doing a partner search it means the company is not a partner.

ServiceNow – Checking Partner Status and Accessing Partnership Benefits (Training, Certification, etc.)
Scenario
--------------------------------------------------
You are working with a client that uses ServiceNow and want to access partnership benefits such as:
- Training and certifications through the Partner Portal or Now Learning
- Partner-exclusive resources and support
However, your client’s ServiceNow Manager is unsure whether the organization currently holds **ServiceNow Partner status**, and it’s unclear who the **Partner Account Administrator (PAA)** is.
--------------------------------------------------
How to Check Partner Status and Identify the Partner Account Admin
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **1. Verify Access to the ServiceNow Partner Portal**
The official ServiceNow partner site is:
Try signing in with your business email (company domain).
- If you **can log in**, your company is already registered as a partner.
- If you **receive an access denied** message, your email domain is not linked to a ServiceNow partner account.
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **2. Check for Partner Account Admin (PAA)**
The **Partner Account Administrator (PAA)** is the designated point of contact within a partner organization. They manage:
- Partner user access and permissions
- Training enrollment and Now Learning mappings
- Partner-level certifications and benefits
Unfortunately, ServiceNow does not expose the list of PAAs publicly.
Options to identify the PAA:
1. **Within your company:** ask HR or IT if they have ServiceNow Partner Portal access details.
2. **If your company uses ServiceNow Partner Portal:**
- Log in → click your **Profile Icon → My Company Profile**
- Under “Administrators” you will see the PAA contact(s).
3. **If you cannot log in:**
Send an email to: **partnerops@servicenow.com** with:
- Your company name and domain
- Your business email address
- A request to confirm whether your organization is an active partner and who the PAA is.
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **3. Verify Partner Tier or Program Enrollment**
Once logged in to the Partner Portal (if accessible):
- Navigate to: **Partner Home → My Company → Partner Program Enrollment**
- You will see your organization’s **Partner Tier** (Registered, Specialist, Premier, Elite) and valid partnership programs (e.g., Build, Service Provider, Reseller).
If you cannot access this, your company may not be enrolled or your account has not been associated yet.
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **4. If You Are Not a Partner**
If your company is **not a ServiceNow partner**:
- You can still access training through **Now Learning** (https://nowlearning.servicenow.com).
- However, some **partner-exclusive certifications and content** (like Pre-Sales Accreditations, Sales Enablement, and Partner Practice Builder) require Partner Portal access.
To apply for partner status:
1. Go to: https://partner.servicenow.com
2. Click **“Become a Partner”**
3. Fill in the required company and contact information.
4. Wait for approval from ServiceNow Partner Operations.
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **5. Follow Up on Delayed Responses from ServiceNow Partner Team**
If your email to ServiceNow contact has not been answered:
- Re-send your query to **partnerops@servicenow.com**
- Include subject: “Partner Verification Request – [Company Name]”
- CC your client’s ServiceNow Manager or Architect for validation
- Mention the **instance name or customer domain** if relevant
ServiceNow Partner Operations typically replies within **3–5 business days**.
--------------------------------------------------
✅ **6. Shortcut: Check Through Now Learning**
If you are enrolled via Now Learning:
1. Visit https://nowlearning.servicenow.com
2. Sign in → Go to your **Profile** (top-right corner)
3. Look for **Affiliations**
- If you see “Partner” or “ServiceNow Partner Organization,” your account is linked to a partner company.
- Otherwise, you’re only registered as an individual learner or customer user.
--------------------------------------------------
Summary
--------------------------------------------------
| Action | Where to Check | Notes |
|---------|----------------|-------|
| Verify Partner Status | partnerportal.servicenow.com | Log in with corporate email |
| Identify PAA | My Company Profile (Partner Portal) or partnerops@servicenow.com | Contact ServiceNow Partner Ops |
| View Partner Tier | Partner Portal → My Company → Enrollment | Shows program type & tier |
| If Not Partner | partner.servicenow.com → Become a Partner | Apply for partnership |
| Check via Now Learning | nowlearning.servicenow.com | View “Affiliations” section |
--------------------------------------------------
Recommendation
--------------------------------------------------
- Start by checking access to the **Partner Portal**.
- If you can’t access, email **partnerops@servicenow.com** with your business details.
- Keep your client’s **ServiceNow Account Manager** in CC for faster response.
- Use **Now Learning** for general training while partner status verification is in progress.
--------------------------------------------------

Hi @anandsuresh be aware that this user posted over 30 messages within an hour and all such long texts that don't even remotely look like it was written by a human... it's obviously copied from chatGPT and the author doesn't even try to hide it. :))

@anandsuresh noooo, don't blame yourself! This Community works usually very effectively and the resources are useful and valid, this is an anomaly and not a standard. I have noticed while browsing among other questions around here.
I really don't understand their motivation but I wouldn't be surprised if they will later edit the messages with some dishonest content or promo links..
If you consider it right, feel free to report it to the Moderators:
Have a wonderful day!
