How to clone a catalog task

I have done some research and it looks like I should be able to have the "Clone" option available under Related List but I can't not find anything. Do I need to do a UI Action?

New and still learning and help is appreciated

why to clone? Same task again?

Catalog tasks are to be created via flow or workflow?
