Hello everyone,
I’m currently working on a task to localize Service Operations Workspace and translate the UI content into Hebrew, while keeping English intact for users whose language is set to English.
As you can see not all of the page is in Hebrew while the language system is in Hebrew.
I’m looking for help on the correct and supported way to translate text that appears in the workspace, such as:
Dashboard card titles (for example: Incident SLAs)
Headings or labels that appear inside embedded dashboards.
What is the recommended approach to translate these texts so that:
Hebrew users see Hebrew
English users continue to see English
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks 🙏

Hi @ItayB ,
Please check below link
Below are tables that use in translation
- Languages table
The Languages [sys_language] table contains a list of the languages for which translated text is available. - Choice table
The Choice [sys_choice] table contains translated text for options that appear in lists. - Translated Name / Field table
The Translated Name / Fields [sys_translated] table stores translated values for text fields where the field type is translated_field (see the dictionary entry). - Field Label table
The Field Label [sys_documentation] table stores the text of table names along with the singular and plural labels for each field in the table. - Translated text table
The Translated Text [sys_translated_text] table stores translations for fields with the field type translated_text or translated_html (see the dictionary entry). - Message table
The Message [sys_ui_message] table contains the translations for informational messages, confirmation messages, error messages, and other types of system messages across the platform.
You can enable the logs the of translations, and check the prefix if it is showing MSG then you need to create a record in message table with target language Hebrew in your case, and refresh and check
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you
Thanks and Regards,
Sarthak
