how to configure follow up task for compliance type audit

I have created an audit of the "audit_type" compliance, also configured the certification template with specific conditions to fetch the necessary records. The Create task check box is also checked. but the follow up task is not getting created. need assistance.

Check below details:-

• Property - glide.allow.new.cert_follow_on_task - it must be "true" 
• Threshold Count   - At least 5 NON-COMPLIANT results must exist within the last 7 days
• Stability Count - The SAME CI must fail in at least 2 consecutive audit runs

                  So this flow happens:

Audit Run Result Task

Day 1	Non-compliant	❌ No
Day 2	Non-compliant	✅ Eligible
Day 3	Non-compliant	Reuse same task

• If you ran the audit only once → tasks will NEVER be created

If issue still persists, Could you add the details of certification template and certification filter details.

The property is set to be true. but still no tasks were created, even though the threshold and stability count matches

Hi,

This is a different screenshot, there are different values for Health Window, Threshold Count and Stability Count.

This condition should satisfy - Within the last 2 days, at least 5 audit failures must occur, and the failure must persist across 2 consecutive audit runs, for a follow-on task to be created.

It is the same Audit, I just tried by reduced the threshold and stability count. still no follow on task got created.
