Hi All,
I have email id helpdesc@abc.com whenever user sends email to the given email id its should received in ServiceNow and it should create ticket.
As per my analysis i have to create pop3 account for this requirement.
I have only email id with me what other details i need to do this configuration.
What is username and password and server in the below image.
Please guide me how to do this .?

Hi
The user name should be ID to authenticate an email address, this should be the value of email From address when the instance sends email. And in the password field you need to provide the password of the email address you are going to use in setting up this email account.
You must reach out to your mail exchange management team to get these details.
