How to create a delegated developer role with Global scope

Hi,

I assigned a role to a 'delegated developer' in 'Manage Developers'. However, the role has a record created in the update set of the custom scope that was created as the Global scope.

Is there a way to create a role to be included in an update set within the Global scope?

Hello,

Since this is data related it is always better to Export XML and import in other instance, with this approach all these cross scope update capture will go.
