How to create a new option called "Mark as Duplicate" in more option on incident form header.

Can anyone have any suggestions please let me know.

You can create HTML element for this in onLoad() client script and place it on the Incident form header.

Hi @mania,
Goto System Definition > UI Action and create New UI Action "Mark as Duplicate".
Note: Make sure to tick Form button.

On incident form on top header in "more option" Need to add a new link button "Mark as Duplicate" in more options.
