How to create Knowledge Base called "How to Guides"

Create new Knowledge Base category called "How to Guides" in the ServiceNow knowledge module. (see screenshot)

Navigate to knowledge base and create a new record in the knowledge base with the required content.

Hi @nameisnani 

 

1. Navigate to Knowledge -> Administration -> Knowledge Bases

2. Click on New button.

3. Fill the form and submit it. Give the title as "How to Guides". Select the owner and the default publish/retire workflows.

Please find the below steps to create a new knowledge base:

-> Navigate: knowledge Base->Administration -> Knowledge Base

-> Click on "new" button and Enter the Title as you mentioned "How to Guides" and fill the mandatory fields.
