How to create KPI's in KB article records just Like SLA in incident record

As per the requirement i need to create KPI record in the related list of Problem record just like SLA in Incident record.

Below is the requirement that i got from client, could you please tell me how to achieve this requirement.

 

Check boxes for Draft and Final RCA submission (only for reactive problem type)
KPI due date calculation Draft RCA (5 business days) and Final RCA (10 business days) this would be like SLA tasks on incidents with countdown clock. KPI Clock would stop when respective Draft and Final check boxes are checked.

You can create SLA 2 SLA

Response - 5 Days - Draft SLA 

Resolution SLA - 10 Days

 

Check boxes for Draft and Final RCA submission (only for reactive problem type)

 

Start condition


KPI due date calculation Draft RCA (5 business days) and Final RCA (10 business days) this would be like SLA tasks on incidents with countdown clock. 

Stop condition

 

When State = Draft and Final check = True

KPI Clock would stop when respective Draft and Final check boxes are checked.
