How to delete worknotes that are accidently posted on incident ticket

Hi All,

Have accidently posted worknotes on incident ticket and now we have to delete that particular worknote form the ticket.

I have checked for this and found a now kb article : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0520375

but it was not working for me please help me on this.

That article works, Please re-do without missing any step, use correct record sys_id in all three steps.
