How I can disable oob virtual agent icon which is visible on portal.

Hi there,

It depends if you are using Agent Chat configuration or the legacy Virtual Agent widget.

For Agent Chat configuration, in the Platform UI:
Service Portal > Agent Chat
- See if there's an active record for your portal, and deactivate it
