So In ServiceNow end you need to create a credential (Azure Service Principal) credentials.
and when you have a AZURE cloud subscription then.. You need to follow the below steps :-
1. Register ServiceNow web app there under app registration
2. Create a secrete key.
3. get the tenant and client id from the app.
4. Under subscription add the role to the app as "reader"
Now in ServiceNow place that info under credentials and then click on discovery subscription and after that under service cloud module load all data center will be there.
That will help you !!
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
