How to Display button ("Req. CAB") after getting approval in assess state

I want to show a button called "Request CAB Approval" in change form after getting first approval in assess state and remain on the same state until user clicked on that button. After clicking on the button change should move to authorize state. how can we do it?

I tried UI Action but failed, how to fetch if request approved or not

As per me it is violation, the reason change work on Flow and in flow, we have steps as soon as a change is approved in assess go to CAB approval. If you add this button , you need to make changes in OOTB flow as well , which may impact badly and increase technical debt.
