how to edit workspace filters

In ServiceOperational Workspace. there is a Upcoming information available.

I need to edit that upcoming

In Serviceoperational workspcae, all filters under “Upcoming” should be edited for Incident Record . for state should be "New"

records with state as new should be displayed 

how to do that?
