When you mention Pro and Enterprise, it simply means installing additional plugins in your instance. Here, "instance" refers to your client's instance.
Check here, and you can install the required plugin. Regarding the license, before installing a new plugin, please consult your ServiceNow account manager, as licensing depends on your company's agreement with ServiceNow. I doubt we have something called "Now Assist Pro."
